The Brite Bridge Model™

A structured clinical framework supporting real-world independence across home, school, and community environments.

The Brite Bridge Model™ is Brite ABA’s structured clinical framework for delivering BCBA-led Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across everyday environments.

Skills are carefully assessed, systematically taught, and intentionally supported beyond the therapy setting.

Developed and overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), the model emphasizes measurable goals, caregiver collaboration, and consistent clinical direction throughout treatment.

Supporting Real-World Skill Use Beyond Therapy

Children may learn skills during therapy sessions, but often need structured support to use those skills consistently in everyday settings.

The Brite Bridge Model™ integrates generalization throughout treatment so progress carries across home, school, and community environments.

The model promotes generalization by embedding skill use within daily routines, caregiver participation, and consistent clinical support across environments.

Why We Developed the Brite Bridge Model™

Across home, school, and therapy settings, common patterns often emerge:

Skills demonstrated in therapy are not consistently used in daily routines.

Behaviors may present differently across school and home environments.

Progress may vary depending on the provider or setting.

Behavior support strategies are not always consistently implemented across environments.

Generalization is not systematically planned or monitored.

The Brite Bridge Model™ was intentionally developed to address this gap by integrating structured assessment, measurable goal selection, caregiver collaboration, and cross-setting consistency into every phase of care.

This ensures that generalization is intentionally planned, monitored, and supported throughout treatment.

Progress in therapy should extend beyond the treatment setting and into everyday environments.

The Brite Bridge Pathway™

Our Step-by-Step Process

A structured clinical pathway designed to promote skill generalization and meaningful progress across settings.

Step 1: Understand the Whole Child

We begin by identifying strengths, needs, and daily routines, partnering with caregivers to define meaningful goals that support carryover across home, school, and community settings.

Step 2: Build Goals That Matter

We prioritize goals that improve daily life — including communication, independence, coping skills, and safety. Treatment targets are selected based on assessment data, caregiver input, and clinical judgment.

Step 3: Teach Skills That Transfer

We use evidence-based teaching strategies to build skills and intentionally embed practice opportunities within natural routines to promote generalization across environments.

Step 4: Coach Families for Long-Term Support

Caregivers are not expected to “figure it out alone.” We provide structured caregiver coaching and parent training aligned with each individualized treatment plan.

Step 5: Support School & Community Success

When appropriate and with caregiver consent and within ethical and privacy guidelines we collaborate with educators and community partners to promote consistency across settings and reduce barriers to progress.

Step 6: Monitor Progress and Refine With Data

We collect and review data at defined intervals to evaluate progress, ensure clinical appropriateness, and refine treatment as needed.
