Open Positions
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Support meaningful progress through individualized assessments, treatment planning, parent coaching, and clinical oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments & develop treatment plans
- Oversee ABA programs and supervise RBTs
- Lead parent/caregiver coaching and training
- Review data and ensure ongoing progress
- Collaborate with schools, families, and clinical team

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy using evidence-based procedures, with full training and supervision provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention programs
- Collect data and document session progress
- Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
- Collaborate with supervising BCBA for coaching and updates
- Support families in routines across home & community

Client Experience Coordinator
Support families, manage communication, and help streamline day-to-day operations within our clinical workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist families with scheduling & onboarding
- Communicate with providers, payers, and team members
- Maintain documentation and support office processes
- Help streamline administrative systems & operations

Student / Intern (Fieldwork)
Gain supervised, high-quality fieldwork experience toward BCBA or BCaBA certification with mentorship and hands-on clinical growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support under BCBA supervision
- Collect session data and assist with programming
- Participate in training, supervision, and shadowing opportunities
- Develop clinical skills aligned with BACB requirements
